Classes
All classes are of 30 minute duration. Courses normally run during the term time, parents are asked to register the children before entering the pool.
Teachers
All the teachers are A.S.A. qualified and regularly attend seminars and conferences to keep their teaching skills up to date.
Awards
All children work towards A.S.A. awards. Parents are given the opportunity to purchase badges and certificates at the end of each term.
Swimming hats
It is compulsory for swimmers to wear swimming hats. This will provide a more hygienic environment for all swimmers, prevent hair from getting into the children's faces while swimming and also prevent pool filters from becoming blocked. This is becoming very much compulsory in many leisure centres and in fact in certain European countries all pools have this rule.
We will be selling hats at a very reasonable price.
